CALCULATOR
Calorie calculator (daily needs / TDEE)
Estimate how many calories you need per day to maintain, lose or gain weight. Uses the widely accepted Mifflin-St Jeor equation — and treats the result as a starting estimate, not a promise.
How it works
We calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR) with Mifflin-St Jeor, then multiply by an activity factor to get your TDEE — the calories you burn per day. Maintenance equals TDEE; a ~500 kcal deficit targets weight loss and a ~300 kcal surplus targets gain. Your real numbers depend on many factors, so track for a few weeks and adjust.
Know your number — now track it honestly.İvvme logs meals by photo, voice or text and lets you correct the estimate.

How many calories should I eat to lose weight?
A common starting point is roughly 500 kcal below your TDEE for about 0.5 kg (~1 lb) per week — but don't drop below safe floors (about 1200 kcal for women, 1500 for men) without professional guidance.
